When I first became a client in March of 2017 I had already been on my weightloss journey for a year and had lost 40lbs on my own. Once I started Sensible Meals I lost another 30lbs in just 4 months!! After being on the program for 1.5 years I felt strong and determined enough to handle the maintenance phase on my own and while I maintained for quite some time life just kept getting busier and busier and meal prep became more stressful and less important on my daily/weekly to do list and I've gained about 15lbs back. So I am now a return client as of a week ago and it has been the best decision I've made for myself!! The meals are SO convenient, the quality of the meals are great and taste amazing and I'm definitely loving the new packaging! Do yourself a favor and join Sensible Meals, you won't regret it!! P.S. This meal prep company is awesome! I have used them for almost 2 years and love everything about them. My first 2 months I lost 20 lbs and have maintained that since. Now I just love the convenience. I choose to pickup my meals in Metairie on Sunday each week. The selection of food I receive every week is delicious and I could not replicate it myself - I have tried. The food is so fresh, healthy and contains no preservatives. Also their customer service is available 12 hrs a day and very quick to respond. Highly recommend Sensible Meals!! Best and most affordable meal prep company in the nation.

I have struggled with my weight from age 5 to present and Sensible Meals has truly helped me realize that I can easily become a better and healthier me. I realize that hunger is concept that I can control by fueling my body with smaller portions and healthier choices. Also important, is that fact that taste does not have to be sacrificed in order to eat healthier. It has helped me to find my passion to become healthy once again and who I feel on the inside. 65 lbs down in 18 weeks and I am continuing to track and count my weight loss on this wonderful and awe inspiring journey with Great Tasting Food, Great Encouraging People, and finally, A Great Sustainable Program! 💚💪🏽🤣💚

Sensible Meals is absolutely amazing and it has changed my life for the better! Every week the food is delivered straight to my door step, this is literally as easy as meal prep can get! The food tastes incredible. I look forward to every single delivery to get my freshly cooked food that is fuel for not only my body, but my soul - why because this food is delicious healthy portion controlled comfort food! The price of Sensible Meals CANNOT to be beat. Even their customer service is top notch! You will not find better customer service - anywhere! Sensible Meals is available on social media 12 hours per day 365 days a year, and it is REAL people to boot!!! The cherry on top is that I have been able to loose weight eating the amazing food from Sensible Meals! My life will be forever changed and I am a 100% satisfied customer!!!

During a week of gratitude, I must publicly say how grateful I am for Sensible Meals. So grateful that Ingrid Rinck created this company that makes loosing weight easy and affordable. My fresh prepared healthy meals are shipped to my doorstep. The only thing that stands between me and my weight loss goals is my commitment. It's not my wallet because this company's plans are affordable. It's not time because I am saving time but not having to prep or clean up all the mess! Life is good now that I have Sensible Meals in my life!

My girlfriend, Emily Randon, has been on Sensible Meals for years and I have seen the positive impact they have made on her life. I am a personal trainer and I always recommend them to my clients for weight loss. The paleo plan is great for those dietary restrictions.

I am absolutely in love with these meals! I have lost 20 pounds since being on the sensible portions meals! They are SO delicious. The waffle is my favorite ;) but seriously, I am so blessed for this company to have come in my life when it did. I was 50 pounds over weight and exhausted and insecure. I was ready for a change but didn't know what or how to do it. I tried very fad diet in the books. If I lost weight I would gain it right back. I was mentally exhausted. When I was introduced to SPM I was stoked to know that there was a company that was $80 for 15 meals. That's unheard of. And it ALSO had the lowest shipping rates in the US. I will continue to eat these meals, I'm continuing to lose weight, and I will be getting married in 4 months! Thank the LORD for these meals! I am going to feel so beautiful! You definitely should give them a try if you have been looking for a change!!

I tried many diets and found that Sensible Meals was the only one that I could sustain after it ended. The new packaging is awesome and allows me to keep in fridge or freezer for long periods. The convenience for a college student is the best! Two minutes to heat and eat and the variety of food was amazing. My Ambassador, Melanie Dupuy, was the best keeping me in line! She also saved me money on my first month!

I love Sensible Meals. They are ready to eat in a few minutes. I am making better choices because I know I always have something in my freezer to eat with the fresh prepared meals. I have zero excuses to eat something bad. There is always an entree that is a Louisiana dish, or Italian, or Mexican or Asian. The chefs keep it interesting! I'm never bored. Sensible Meals provides us with great options so we stay on track. My pickup on Sundays in Baton Rouge is so easy! I drive through the line and my meals are ready for the week! Thank you Ingrid Rinck for seeing the need and creating Sensible Meals.
